Absolutely amazing 90 minute hydrotherapy massage. Sarah really managed to loosen a lot of pelvic pain and I felt so full of energy afterwards. Ive already rebooked!!

I have done 2 pregnancy packages with Sarah during 2nd and 3rd trimester of my second pregnancy. It truly made this pregnancy so much nicer; with Sarah adapting to my needs at every appointment. There are no words to explain how much I recommend to go, my appointments with her were the highlights of my weeks especially towards the end of the pregnancy!

I had a course of pregnancy massages with reiki at the Pregnancy Wellness Hub and I cannot recommend it more highly The specialist set-up with water-filled pillows allows for an incredibly comfortable and highly effective full body massage - Sarah is able to ease your aching joints and relax your tense muscles whilst you lie on your back - an absolute dream during pregnancy. Having not experienced Reiki previously, I wasnt sure what to expect from that element of the treatment, so was delighted to find that it left me feeling really energised - way above and beyond the level of relaxation and rejuvenation I have had from a massage. My visits to the Pregnancy Wellness Hub were such a highlight of my pregnancy that I have treated myself to the same massage and reiki during my fourth trimester - the perfect antidote for postnatal aches and pains!
