        I first met Claire for an appointment last summer 21, for a consultation regarding weight loss. During our meeting, I described my ongoing discomfort with heart burn and a bloated stomach which was Becoming so difficult. Claire prescribed various supplements to take and advised that I immediately begin a gluten and diary free diet. I can honestly say that the various stomach problems, have virtually disappeared now and I have lost over a stone in weight. For me, the weight loss will be a slow but steady journey and I feel Claires supportive attitude is very positive. I also have so much more energy. Linda Glancy

        I have been seeing Claire Hargreaves at Ingledale for several months for food intolerance and gut issues. I have been very impressed with Claire's knowledge and professionalism, and she takes a good deal of trouble to respond quickly to me in between sessions, giving additional support. I could not recommend Claire highly enough.
