Not all great. The carers are mostly all wonderful. We have currently been let go and the local council tells me we were informed as to the reasoning, we were not. Ella (patial owner or manager) was here Saturday morning. I had told her a carer had left the bacony door in my room open for a week (curtains kept this from being obvious). She apologised and that evening a 25 year-old was given the task of informing me... not knowing the reason. No email or snail mail has yet come to me. I'm bedridden and my mother is 80, almost completely blind, and uses a walker. She liked this company and two of the carers were the closest thing she had to friends. I was genuinely hurt at this insensitive 'firing'.

Surrey Hills have been caring for my mother for the last two and a half years and have done a fantastic job. During that time my mother's care needs have changed, including some short stays in hospital and Surrey Hills have always managed to provide just the level of care she needs in a professional and flexible manner as well as helping me negotiate with various NHS and council run services. She has got to know many of the carers very well and the personal contact has been much appreciated including some truly heart-warming gestures at Christmas and at critical times in her care. I would thoroughly recommend them.
