This firm is reliable and does a decent enough job, though I find that you can only do so much at height using the water fed poles. They tell you the day before they plan to come, but they don't give you a time. We had a couple of bad experiences in the holidays etc when they would arrive at 8 before the teenagers were up - on one occasion when they commenced work without ringing the bell, a family member was startled to find a face outside the window upon emerging from the shower. Another time upon seeing a ladder to our upstairs window at 8 a.m. we ran around shutting bi-folds and windows etc, only to discover that the ladder was just parked at our premises and they were doing other properties in our street for the time being. We asked them not to do this in future and the asking seemed to cause offence. Some though of this team are courteous, but not all and it's not a case of regular familiar faces, so we preferred to discontinue.
