What a fanstitic team: Grace and Chris did us proud, not only with producing superb videos of our event, but also in their willingness to go the extra mile in helping and supporting us, both at the actual event and afterwards, getting everything processed and uploaded in super quick time. We are a charity that works with adults with learning disabilities and we worked with Bounce to produce a promotional video for one of our projects. The Bounce team were professional, flexible and really easy to work with. On the filming day, they were very approachable and friendly and worked well with our members. They were happy to answer any questions and make any amendments we asked for when editing. We are so pleased with the video produced which perfectly captures our values and the personalities of those we work with. I would definitely recommend Bounce and we hope to work with them again in the future.

We commissioned Bounce Video to produce 17 5-minute story films and five 30-minute films to be used as a study course. The subject matter was extremely sensitive and represented a wide range of perspectives and life experiences. The work involved managing the needs of a number of high profile stakeholders and needed to be executed within a tight, non-negotiable timeframe. The sensitivity, understanding, creativity and vision that Bounce Videos brought to the project was remarkable. Their understanding of the aims of the project was excellent. The story films that Bounce Videos produced have been acclaimed - without exception - to be outstanding, professional and profoundly moving. The people featured in the films enjoyed working with Bounce Videos and were very happy with the finished films. The course films were complex to put together and involved employing presenters. Bounce Video found excellent presenters and were extremely responsive to the multiple and complex requests that we made, often within high time pressures. We could not have asked for a better team to work with and recommend Bounce Videos unreservedly.

We have been running a physical awards ceremony for 17 years but this year it simply wasn't possible. We knew we had to deliver it virtually and had some idea how this might be done but lacked the technical expertise and experience to make it happen. The moment we started discussing options with Grace from Bounce we knew we had found someone who could not only make our ideas a reality, but improve them and ensure we could deliver something truly amazing. The LALY awards enjoy a very special place in the hearts of the legal aid community and we had to ensure that we could retain the spirit and purpose of the LALYs, particularly in these very difficult times for our audience. From the outset Grace understood our needs and worked with us, providing a guiding hand where necessary and being guided where appropriate, to deliver an online event that really captured the magic of the event. The results speak for themselves: an online events now enjoyed by thousands, and one which has proven to be uplifting and inspirational for our hard-pressed community. The feedback we have received about the awards has been phenomenal, with many expressing utter disbelief that we have managed to pull this off during a period of lock-down. And that is down to Grace and her team. They enabled us to produce an event that is slick, professional, visually stunning and technically sound, but doesn't depart from the warmth and inclusiveness for which the LALYs are renowned. Grace's instincts, technical expertise and vision have ensured that we have managed to fulfill our objectives of recognising and celebrating the achievements of our award recipients (and surpassing all expectations in the process!). But because of our partnership with Bounce we have also managed to provide a substantial boost to the morale of the whole profession by enabling so many to have access to the first ever virtual LALY awards.
