Tried to enquire about a Vauxhall Cascada with a view to purchase, my emails and phone messages were generally ignored along with my request for information on vehicle service history, the telephones at all three branches routinely go to voicemail and there are no salesman contact details posted. The final straw came when having expressed a particular interest in this car SD Timmo cynically hiked the price of this vehicle overnight from 8995 to 9295 inflating it to around 1500 over the Parkers used car recommended dealer selling price guide for the exact same spec and mileage. Consequently I shall not be handing over my hard earned cash to a trader with such a low level of integrity and customer service.
