        I was told to bring my car in at 8am when they opened, have been waiting here ages it's now 8:50 no one is here and no one is answering the phone. Will be late for work. Why advertise an opening time if no one shows up at that time.

        Booked an MOT appointment since 3 weeks before the date via phone. When I came for the appointment, the guy said that I was not in the system. Their network was down, and all of their appointments disappeared! The thing is, they didn't let me know beforehand to re-arrange my appointment. I have to go there to find it out myself! I ended up booking an appointment with another garage.
