        Genuinely gone downhill fast under new management. You'll go in looking to just buy something off the shelf and you will literally wait 10 minutes until someone even bothers to speak to you. There will be 4 or 5 people in, not even busy, and they'll just completely ignore you. There's really no reason why they can't pause what they're doing after one or two minutes and actually serve the customers. But they don't. Just completely ignore you. No customer service whatsoever. Also, the advice they've been giving recently is the most pedestrian stuff. They literally made me wait for about 15 minutes for some guy to come and talk at me about something which I already knew the answer to and didn't ask advice for. It's the most infuriating experience these days.
