Told them where we were going from and going to & checked they knew where it was. We were assured that they did.
Got a message saying theyd arrived (they hadnt). Were given a different story each time we rang to chase - eventually the despatcher told us at 7.30 that we were too far away and they werent coming. We questioned why they hadnt told us at the outset and why they kept giving rubbish excuses (hes outside, hes a few minutes away etc etc). They really couldnt have cared less
Had to book with another firm and ended up being very late for a 50th birthday meal
