Disgusting predatory elitist company, do not entertain them with taking photos. Go to another photography company, you will get better pictures, have a nicer more personalised experience, and save money.

It such a horrible company. I had my graduation in June 2022 and they didnt deliver my pictures until September! They deliver my picture frame damage and I needed to return it. After that I needed to wait two months to get antoje picture frame that it wasnt the one I order in the first place. I asked for a refund and they said they only could refund 5 for the gloss paper but not more. They asked me to send it again. Now I have to wait another 1 - 2 months

For my graduation, ede and ravencroft were hired for our gowns and photography. On the day the service was poor. Gowns did not fit and we were told to just hold the Velcro as you walk so it doesnt fall off you which was not what any of my class expected and we were all disappointed given the price we have paid to hire the gowns for only a couple of hours. Now for the photographs!! Not only am I still waiting for all my images to be delivered 3 months later the communication and customer service is sooooooooo poor! Whilst being at the event two of my guest purchased additional photographs to be taken and ordered, paying an additional cost. This was somehow lost and I was unable to select all three of the images taken due to an error with their system. To resolve this I had to go back and forth for many week to prove I had actually purchased the additional images, which was extremely frustrating. I sent receipts and bank statement screenshoots but this was apparently not enough proof they insisted on having a pdf bank statement from both account (even though I had already shown this on the screenshots). Finally when they agreed to give me my final image and I email stating which image I would like. I did not hear anything from them for 4 weeks. I sent them a follow up email hoping to have an update on my order to find out my order had not even been processed and they only today have processed my final image so I now have to wait even longer to get my photographys which were suppose to be Christmas gifts to my family. As you can imagine this whole process has been extremely frustrating, graduation is suppose to be a happy and celebratory time but unfortunately ede and ravencroft has made this a stressful and frustrating time instead.

Never ever use photography service of them .. I booked for a graduation pack and they didnt touch the photo .. Zero lights on the photo and it looks like the photos were taken at midnight .. What a horrible service
