discounts are good, but all physical vouchers and cards take atleast 15-20 days to materialise its cash value for spending. Ordering to delivery by post, what you get is basically an unactivated plastic card. And then one needs to activate via website, which further takes 4 days to reach the money to the giftcard company. Basically peoplevalue rolls the cash in their bank for that many days. Very convoluted process

The is a cost to everything. This isnt a scam but it really feels this way. Basically you have to send your money across for a min of two weeks and you dont see this or know where it is, just blind faith, my last experience was 3 weeks before I could even see it. Dont place funds on a card for one off purchases as if the item goes there is no way to get a refund. Only credit with the card supplier. I guess its the same problem for normal refunds. People value say there is a process of a refund but they will not help you and only give vague responses of tour compliant going up the chain of command. So in all. No refund process that I can see. Its been 2 weeks since asking for the refund and still no knows when this will happen. Just Ive emailed Head of Content and Partnerships Manager??? So basically, the cost of the discount is you relinquish all customer rights and pray that there is something you can buy when the funds arrive. Because peoplevalue customer service is shocking and wont help you getting your funds back to your debit card.

Bought a voucher for Ted Baker, the card number I was given is not recognized. It has been several weeks and the only update I received is: we are waiting for an update. Very poor service.. I do not understand why my company is using their service when they have such a poor customer service. I have to keep chasing for an update and we are still not near a resolution. I would not recommend

Although the company have good discounts, their customer services is horrendous. For some reason my account was closed and another one had to be open. Then I'm being for months asking then to transfer the cashback from my old account to the new account, calling them more than 5 times and they always have the same answer that they have escalated to the correct team and will update me of the status. The issue after months is not solved and no updates, I'm the one that needs to call them to have an update. Companies that use them for your employee benefits, please avoid them. For sure there are better companies than this.
