Well what can I say.....James was an absolute superstar today. Very patient with me as he talked me through loading landlords, properties units and tenants, budgets percentages and charges....90m mins of tuition.....2 1/2 hours of doing it for real, making a few mistakes along the way and a call back to check I had done it right, with a minor error we spotted, hey presto it does what it says on the tin. Thank you Focus.

Focus support team are always very helpful but I have to give a special mention to Clem. He was very helpful and most of all patient whilst we figured out where we'd made an error.

Our 30 year old MSDOS programme crashed and we needed a new accounting system for what is a particularly intricate property portfolio which has 6 separate Cost Centres. The management accounts needed to record all 6 Cost Centres separately AND collate them all in a Total column on the omnibus periodic accounts. Focus has successfully provided that very bespoke facility for our Management and annual accounts but it also provides a number of extremely helpful management features in respect of all tenants and all properties that we manage. In addition to all of the above the introduction of MTD has been incorporated and accommodates our specific requirements perfectly. Finally, we cannot speak highly enough about the excellent Support staff who always answer our queries positively and with very polite patience. We are delighted to have enlisted Focus Micro Systems as our provider. Further to our initial feedback, above, I am pleased to be able to commend the excellent subsequent service that we continue to enjoy from Focus. The support staff are always available, obliging and very patient in dealing with even the most incidental of queries. We have gradually taken up, and are using, other elements in the wider range of the software programme very successfully. Whenever our system has required any modification to keep pace with our ongoing requirements Focus has been able to oblige us without delay. Any guidance and advice is always well delivered and gratefully received.
