        Great product and a great company to do business with. From my experience they are very fair, they engage with and listen to customers, and they are very responsive to any issues that are raised (and this includes senior management as well as technical support staff). Also from an ethical point of view, great to work in partnership with an employee-owned company rather than faceless venture capitalists.
