        Helpful and knowledgeable. Ive had full sole replacement done on shoes and they have been good. Keys cut also worked fine.

        Very friendly. However, not sure about quality. I paid 10 to do a basic procedure of reattaching the front of the sole to my shoe - a bit steep I thought - but paying for quality would probably be worth it in the long run. I was wrong - the sole came off two weeks later leaving me in a very unfortunate position durig a 4-day trip on which I had only brought this pair of shoes. Can't speak for any other side of their business, but this one clearly is not worth it.

        Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to replacing the battery on my watch and making tiny adjustments to it. His customer service is impeccable and hes very friendly. In the future, I will only go to Ryan as hes a great guy and an excellent cobbler. Would highly recommend.

        Cheerful service but one of the two keys I asked to be copied didn't work. I had go back: the wrong blank had been used. Expensive too.
