I had one of Chris Lewis's Security Firm arrange an appointment to carry out a routine check on my system. The result was that all was working as intended. I wouldn't have expected anything different because of the quality equipment fitted. The Engineer called as arranged and was extremely polite and considerate when entering my house. He was cleanly dressed and quite obviously experienced at what he did. Five stars not only for the equipment but the same for Chris Lewis Ltd and their Engineers. Colin Castling

I have found this to be a very efficient and prompt service over the years, also good value as their one-year contract fee has not gone up over the last three renewals, which is a pleasant change these days. I feel confident that if anything were to go wrong with my security system one of Chris Lewis's excellent technicians will soon be there to sort it.

We have been domestic clients of Chris Lewis for about 7/8 years. At the end of 2022 we moved to a property fitted with an alarm that since installation in 2004 had, probably, never been serviced which we, for piece of mind, needed confidence in. The first visit by CL was to service and change the entry code, the 2nd was to fit a new bell box that not having a lifting platform the 1st engineer was unable to access. On both, recent, visits I found the engineers friendly, jolly, and able to explain the various issues that they encountered in a language we could understand. And off course, completing a 1st rate job. At the back of this in their head office is the CL support team, who too are extremely efficient and helpful. I also find their fees very competitive. Nothing else to say, but thank you Chris Lewis.
