Booked a table beforehand which included two small children and ordered a high chair. Arrived and was shown our grotty table by a very unfriendly member of staff. This table was in the bar area and very cramped, and dark asked to sit in the dining room area told they had a party of 15 coming so could not sit there but plenty of room and nobody in there at the time. Moved to a slightly better table which was dirty another member of staff came to clean it. No children's menu available so my husband went to the bar and was ingored, with that we left, did not want to spend any of our money in this place or have my grandchildren eat there.

Indifferent staff. Poor choices of beer. Garden is dirty and neglected with old cigarette buts scattered over the sparse grass.

Absolutely amazing, staff are so accommodating, and the manager is lovely! Food is always great :)
