I lived in one of their properties for almost 3 years and it's been a mixed bag. There were points where the staff were quick to respond to tenant requests and some points where things were forgotten about for months. Nati is an absolutely lovely lady who was time for any of her tenants. I have been very lucky to have found a place owned by DEJA-VILLE Room Lets as I moved from the other end of the country in 2018. The property I was in was a good springboard to move into the next house. Definitely worth giving their properties a look to see what they have available

Nati, Mae, Paola, Bernardo and all of the team do an amazing job. They are always caring and always endeavour to help the tenants whenever they need help. The team is really quick to respond and always manage to come through in a very professional manner. Besides, they offer nice affordable rooms with everything included (internet, utility bills, cleaning etc). This is by far the best letting agency I have dealt with since I moved to the UK. I highly recommend Deja-Ville room lets to everyone seeking an accommodation within Oxford and the surrounding area.

I came to know about Deja Ville in 2020 and its holder Nati, just at the end of the lockdown when I was desperately looking for a place. Just a place would not satisfy me on that time, I wanted a good place keeping in mind that the lockdown could restart anytime and therefore, I will HAVE to be in a decent place to continue working in peace. I was throwing my fuss about really small details (this houses living room is crowded, this houses patio is small, this rooms window is not a bay window etc). Nati was surprisingly patient all the time. She was giving me time to visit properly, driving me from one house to another, showing me around. We have visited 7 houses and I ended up taking one of her houses in Headington. That was the last house we have visited and I was amazed to see that she has actually given it a thought, my idea of a good place, because this house was amazing! After I moved into this new house obviously the lockdown restarted. But Nati and Deja ville have been a constant support. The least problem we encountered with door, bathroom, toilet, hygiene, the area itself, have been solved within 24 hours. I was able to contact Deja Ville team any time, even out of business hours and either Leonardo (The best handyman in town!) or Nati would show up. It was absolutely reassuring, especially during this pandemic time. I will recommend Deja-Ville thousand times and more! Thanks team!
