        Its been a pleasure to rent with the Better Letter. Simon was excellent ever since the first viewing and throughout our tenancy at getting back to us and being available when we needed something. Suhur was also always very helpful and pro-active whenever there was an issue. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is needing their services. Thanks again Simon and team.

        I enquired about several different properties numerous times and all I got were vague and unprecise information. I tried calling and they would always tell me they would get back to me but they never did. I understand they might be busy but I dealt with far much "better letters" previously.
