        Everytime i have used city properties they have been helpful and efficient. Any issues arise the maintanance team are prompt and polite i couldnt recomend highly enough

        Not normally a reviewer but felt that city properties deserved a great review after living in one of their properties on ridgefield road last year! Our estate agent Ali was super welcoming and was always very helpful and easy to contact - in contrast to the experiences many of my friends had with other letting agencies. When appliances broke down (for example our washing machine stopped working), city properties very quickly replaced them with a newer model. We also told them we were planning to do up the garden and they bought us a new lawn mower and strimmer. Finally, at the end of the tenancy, they were very reasonable about the deposit, whilst my friends at other letting agencies lost hundreds of pounds. Overall great experience and would strongly recommend - thanks Ali!
