They don't answer their phone or reply to emails and this makes them difficult to deal with. Been trying to get a quote for over 48 hours and still waiting!

I cant fault this company. I have used them annually for the past 5 years. They produce goods to time and very accommodating. They have always taken care to look after our order. You can tell the measure of a company when things go wrong. This year, there was for the first time a glitch and Tim and his team soothed it over without batting an eyelid. They were kind, thoughtful and thorough. The goods themselves are perfect for our use. Would never hesitate to recommend them or use them. I wish more companies were like this.
