You never really consider your boiler until it goes wrong and then you suddenly realise how essential it is. My boiler started making a grinding noise and leaking a fair amount of water. I called Hazell and Edwards who, to my great relief and gratitude turned up the following day. The problem was swiftly diagnosed and I was given an estimated time that they would take to repair it, the job was completed in a timely fashion and left in an extremely tidy state. I really appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and customer service and could not recommend them highly enough. Service: Water heater repair

We had a severe blockage of our outdoor drain, and Hazell and Edwards could not have been better in helping sort out the issue. They were extremely polite and responsive, able to come by quickly, and thoroughly fixed the problem. They were also very responsible about social distancing during this time. We really appreciate the conscientiousness and excellent work!
