        Staff not even there during the advertised opening hours, other sainsburys staff were unhelpful and rude

        Didn't answer the phone, then when I went to collect my prescription I was told by the pharmacist (a small unpleasantly rude lady) that I couldn't pick it up because I hadn't rang, and they were too busy to help! (There was nobody in the queue behind me).

        When ring to check for a prescription, They either tell you to hold and leave you hanging until you give up or just pick the phone up and cut you straight back off

        Never open requires new management dont take peoples prescriptions if your not going to be there people rely on there meds never answer the phone trying ringing today to be told Ive dialled an incorrect no .
