        I would love to see the staff have training in terms of making this a welcoming place. Say hello and look at people when they come in. Let them know that you know we are waiting. Theres little on the shelves, so dont expect a shopping experience. Its all surprisingly impersonal, considering the fact that many of us use this pharmacy frequently. Surely they recognise people. They just want to dispense and be done with!

        frustrating as I booked a vaccination online and paid. when I arrived for my appointment they said the vaccine I needed was not in stock and they couldn't provide the vaccination. very frustrating and confusing that I was still able to book the appointment online!! the lady who served me was helpful and refunded my money.
