What a waste of time yet again. Never ever have the medication. This pharmacy is the worst ever. Please can we have a different pharmacy like Ahmeys, Boots or superdrug . This place should not be operating next door to such a wonderful medical practice . Its truly shocking, as shocking as the staff.

One star because I can't give zero. I thought this place was bad BEFORE I changed to app precriptions, but having to pick up some pain relief for my current issues has been a farce. Why has it taken over a DAY to get a GP precription for pain releif? When I got there it was not ready, they were not helpful and did not seem to express any way at wanting to help. Pathetic, unhelpful, they all need training on how to talk and help customers

Worst pharmacy in Uk . Never have medication and always say they have to order . Then they get wrong medication some patients need medicines urgent but staff dont care and very rude .

Just giving one star because I cant give 0 rating. Staff are not trained enough apparently. I had to make 4 trips to collect a medication.

Poor Service , very bad attitude . Always making errors and quick to apologise. But how many apologies can one individual give. Very bad worker. Needs replacing, ASAP . Customers are facing a very hard time waiting in queues to be served by this joker. Then when he talks you cant understand him so it takes twice as long. Please God do us a favour. Update: Today 09/02/2023, New complaint raised. Please all who have had to experience such poor behaviour from this store Raise your complaints and lets together resolve this. Also please add your reviews here for the public to view and not hold back form this vile service. Its unfair that a new team is supposed to be taking over and is having to take this on, but one way or another we need to be treated with DIGNITY.
