One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. First of all, I was nominated to their EPS system without consent upon collecting urgent prescriptions there once. "Patients must be informed and give their consent before a nomination is recorded." as per NHS guidelines, therefore there was a breach. Also, I received a text message saying that my prescription is ready for collection. Came to collect it 3 days later, but the locum staff took 30min and still failed to find it, while serving others (who came in after) instead. I had to leave, as I value my time, therefore was left without medication for a weekend. Absolutely appalling service. No wonder there is no GPhC inspection report, it would not meet any of the criteria! Avoid.
