        Didnt get past the first phone call. Awful communication and people skills. Person I spoke to was very abrupt and stroppy. Asked about booking a visit to go straight to property without telling me where they are from, how they work, their fees or even getting any details from me first. Seemed highly unprofessional, was very unnerving and upsetting.
