I was a bit sceptical just how much of a difference it would make to me as a 55 year old menopausal woman. But I have been absolutely delighted with the results. In 5 weeks not only did I lose a stone but the pain I had in my knees and joints is all but gone. The support and encouragement I have had has changed my outlook on what I can achieve. I am a convert for life!

I'm now training for 6weeks, with much more results as anticipated. Training is varied and the nutritional advise worked very well so far. They are fast to respond to any questions and always try to come up with adjustments (training and nutrition).

I cant remember how many years I have been training with Ben it must be at least 5 years . He is simple the best personal trainer you could have his knowledge is just amazing in every aspect of physical mental and motivation to get you fit healthy and loving yourself. What ever your needs just book a session with Ben and he will get you on the right track .
