Not only do you become informed and technically capable with movements broken down givng you a safe and steady progression, under Watchful eye over several weeks, before moving onto the full movement.
The improvements in strength, conditioning, diet and even flexibility have been excellent, coupled with additional improvements in posture and reduced back pain, i cannot reccommed highly enough.

I am fitter, stronger, and more toned and I have lost some weight. The training I do with Nick has had a really positive effect in other areas of my life - when I go running I run faster, I get more out of exercise classes and yoga because I (finally!) can do press-ups and sit ups.
I feel healthier in body and mind and I can honestly say I couldn't do without my training sessions with Nick.
