Steve came recommended to me by a friend who had experience of his treatment. Steve is a very professional and kind expert of his trade. He didnt just just help to relieve my spinal pain but whilst doing so, he also informed me of what he was doing and how I could prevent my problem from returning in the future. I had a chronic aherniated disk and literally each treatment led to a progressive improvement. Im so grateful for what he did for me. I highly recommend his services.

I visited Stephen because I have had a series of interlinked muscular-skeletal pains in foot. knees, hips and back for some time; these have become worse in recent years. He was both friendly and highly professional. He listened to my problems, diagnosed causes and prescribed treatment, explaining how the exercises would help. The result is that, after a handful of sessions, I am now experiencing much lower pain levels, greater mobility and better sleep. I would highly recommend Stephen.

Steve has been brilliant treating my back. I often shuffle in and stride out. As a sportsman himself Steve has real empathy and understanding for dealing with injuries and pain, and is exceptionally effective at getting you going, and playing well again.
