Oxford specsavers I wish every shop was as helpful as you. We were on holiday and my husband lost the nose pad on his glasses, I popped into the shop and within a few minutes they had put new pads on. They also came out of the shop to direct us to the Bridge of Sighs. Excellent-Thank you

I have a real issue with losing glasses and when I have to go cap in hand to the store they ate absolutely brilliant with me - can't rate them highly enough

Took my 5yo daughter for her first eye test, I think the optician was Devan, he could not have been nicer and such a perfect manner he is a credit to your company. Thank you.

They sent me a urgently worded email appointment reminder in January (apparently contact lens check ups are important), I then had to wait 9 weeks for an appointment. I arrived early and was given a 3 second photo scan of my eyes. I then sat and waited, and waited and waited. 40 mins later and not even an apology when I queried it with them. Just that Ill be next, given that other people are taking more than 20 mins it looks like Ill be here past closing time.
