My experience at the Oxford store was outstanding and definitely up there as a great example of professional and personable customer service (thanks Samuel). Great choice of frames and the team was very informed and alert to pick up issues in my prescription that was obtained elsewhere.

I have been going to the Oxford branch for years and the 2 key people have been constants. Amy with her infinite patience and good humour and the lovely young man who sorts out any adjustments without me even having to ask. They are total stars. I collected my glasses with new lenses today and the difference is amazing. The attention to detail and expertise of the staff are very impressive.

The staff provided excellent personal and professional advice. I enjoyed the choice of glasses in an intimate, friendly showroom and I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of my glasses and lenses was much less than I expected. I'd recommend anyone to go to David Clulow rather than the bigger stores.

Ive been a customer of the Oxford branch for a number of years and have always been well looked after by Amy and the team , trusting my eye care with them and always feeling a valued customer and that the health of my vision is in professional handI recently had to replace my much loved specs , exemplary service and support , special mention to Samual for all his help and support for sourcing an exact replacement and Ana for the final fitting , cant recommend them enough Update 26.03.23 I am ecstatic about my new glasses, and I owe it all to Samual's expertise and attention to detail. His exceptional customer service skills made me feel valued and important as a customer, and I would highly recommend him and the David Clulow Optitions team to anyone looking for quality eye care services.
