Ok u pay a little more but they look after u.ive been with them for many years they are highly professional, today my glasses were a little bent went in to see them and they put them right in 15mins with no charge that's why I stay with them thanks

We just visited to get my primary-school-aged son's eyes tested. The team were absolutely lovely. They centred my son in everything they did (as opposed to deferring to me!) and made him feel confident and part of the process. The exam was great: thorough, quick and friendly. Very much recommended.

Disappointing. I have tried for the 2nd time to get new glasses. I did not have the impression they are interested in their customers or want to sell anything.

Brilliant service, particularly through corona-time. They found a safe way to repair my glasses in April, and have now seen me 3 times for badly needed new prescriptions and replacement lenses. Outstanding local business.

3 months ago in October, while I had opportunity to book somewhere else, they booked me for the 22 of December. I waited all 3 months and a day before my appointment, called them to double check and they confirmed. In the morning of my appointment just half an hour sooner I called them again myself to ask a question, when the secretary told me they have been trying to call me to cancel the appointment!! I even don't know then why they didn't call? She even didn't book me again and said all diary is full at the moment till next year! Possibly if I call them again, they do me a favour by booking me sometimes in the summer 2022! They don't value their customers and no respect for their time I am not impressed by their customer service and won't recommend them.
