        After being sold frames from the Cowley centre shop, I decided to get the lenses there, walked in the man that served me took rudeness to another level shouted at me in front of other customers, because he was in pain and didnt want to work, no manager on site, no optician, just 2 idiots opening a shop for no reason, refused to refund me for the frames and no manager in store for another week, clearly doing so well as a business they can afford to be rude, they didnt want my money and was actually paying!

        Wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and lovely to talk to (without being overbearing / overly friendly). I felt my eye exam was performed thoroughly, she didn't give much time between the warning of touch my eye lids and doing it but tbh I am not fussed about that and it made the exam fly by. Overall a great appointment.
