DO NOT COME HERE EYE EXAM / CHECK UP: Initial appointment was canceled the night before. I then scheduled another appointment for 13:00 a week later. I was prompted to arrive early, so I got there 15 min early. When it was 13:00 they took someone else back. They advertise the eye exam taking 20-25 minutes which is ideal for lunch breaks. unfortunately my lunch break was not enough. No one spoke to me at all, including about being behind. I left at 13:25. I did NOT have my appointment. I would not recommend coming here for an eye exam unless you have all the time in the world.

Popped in as screw just came out of my sunglasses and wanted to check if the store could help, before I finished my sentence the store assistant said he couldnt help me because the sunglasses werent purchased from the store. No offer to help point to another store that could help. Service was blunt. Now inclined not to return due to unhelpful service.

The store was opened 20 minutes late, therefore I could no longer attend my appointment. The individual at the store was rude and dismissive about the delay, very poor customer service. I would not recommend.
