Absolutely outstanding personal service and outstanding customer service from John Lewis Opticians Oxford. I would highly recommend. Everyone from resident to visiting optician and all other staff have been absolutely BRILLIANT in helping me get the right prescription for my distance vision glasses and prescription sun glasses. I dont live in Oxford but would happily make the journey again and again for the service that they provide. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic opticians, Ashley is the best optician I have used in years. Picked up a serious issue with my eyes and has gone above and beyond in supporting and ensuring it is resolved working in partnership with the hospital. Highly recommend this opticians and its services.

I cannot recommend this opticians enough. The customer service is second to none and Ashley is the best optician I have seen in years. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and will not be going anywhere else.

Spent over 500 on two frames, getting adjustments was like pulling teeth with some very amateur errors made in the process. Frames are still not a good fit but I'm lumbered with them as the staff in the Oxford store give mixed messages on what they can and can't adjust. For a fraction of the price I've replaced them online, so my advice would be to skip the hassle I went through and do that!

I had probably the best customer service I have ever had in this Opticians. I was having issues adjusting to my new glasses but the ladies who looked after me were incredibly professional, patient and understanding even though I was being very particular about what I wanted. I believe my opticians name was Nikki and she was an utter delight. I Highly recommend them. Many Thanks.
