Frances is so knowledgeable and informed about fitness, exercise and its benefits to well being. She is patient, thoughtful, prepared and considered in her approach to work. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Frances has delivered some fun, varied and challenging training sessions. She has a sound understanding of every muscle group and how to work them! She genuinely cares about people, and works hard at motivating everyone she works with. I'm very grateful for her efforts in helping to keep me active & strong throughout many lockdowns!

Cannot speak highly enough of Frances and her classes. She always conducts classes with great enthusiasm to keep us motivated, plans them really carefully, and introduces novel exercises for us to learn and look forward to each week! Frances is a flexible and considerate instructor, so whatever your ability or age, she will find a way of working with you that is suitable.
