Bought an iPhone 6s in rose gold yesterday and amazing customer service! He was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, proficient and overall a credit to the company. Also the iPhone 6s is beyond great. 100% battery health, screen is perfect and only 100. Would definitely recommend if you need to buy a phone

They fixed my tablet when the charging port became loose. A couple of months later had the same problem. I took it in and they supposedly fixed it again. When I got home I found that they set the part in place but it wouldn't charge. When I took it back I asked them if they had actually checked to see if it was working. They told me that they would need to order a new part and said they'll phone me when it's ready. 13 days later I still hadn't heard anything so I went in. The tablet was ready but they hadn't bothered calling. I asked how much the new part was and he said 20 as he had to open the tablet. I said I was only paying for the new part as he had already charged me before but not fixed it. A back and forth argument ensued and he finally said to just pay him 15. I said OK but only because I wanted my device back. Not a professional company. Be warned.
