Literally the most overpriced charity shop on the planet. They had a used pair of primark pyjamas in there for more than they originally cost if you were bought them new! The staff also well stuck up. Avoid!

Charity shops have to adapt to the times like everywhere I get that, but the prices they charge in this shop are ridiculous, they are the same as though you were to buy it new. I tried to buy a pair of joggers which were twice stained at the front and was refused a small and reasonable (for the condition) discount based on the fact that the shop seller could "definitely sell that brand for the original asking price". Charity shops have become so gentrified that they have lost all their small town appeal and charm. I want to support charity shops and give my money to them but this interaction felt deceptive and disengeniune, it really put me off visiting there again and giving my custom.

One of my favourite charity shops in Oxford and for good reason. Tiny but bustling, a fantastic place for stylish, high-quality second-hand clothing, including for formal and semi-formal occasionsIve gotten brand name dresses and shoes here at 15% of the tag price. Really solid collection of coats and jackets, tops, trousers for all genders as well as ceramics, pottery, glassware, books, accessories, items for children, etc. Occasionally they also have brand new items at highly discounted prices (think 50% off), donated by brands such as Kate Spade, Seasalt Cornwall, etc. Their volunteers have a great sense of taste and it showstheir cabinet and window displays are a masterclass in colour and object coordination. Always enjoy coming here!

I will be avoiding this shop from now on. I live local and regularly donate good, clean items to various charities but have had my bags inspected on donation twice now! They do not accept toys or children's clothes or anything they dont like the look of. Ill be walking a bit further down to Sobell who gratefully accept all donations. The prices in this shop are expensive and the staff are rude.
