Astonishing level of customer care here! Jon and Rob contacted Dynaudio who honoured a 25 year guarantee for a new driver for my father's Special 25's. As my father is about to turn 100, this was remarkable - I guess if you live that long you expect to outlive your guarantees! Jon and Rob could not have been more helpful and fitted not one but two drivers, so the sound would match! Check out their blog on the subject. Oh, and the speakers sound extraordinary!

First time that I have used Audio T and I have been really pleased. Jon set up an excellent demo, where nothing was too much trouble. I had a home trial and was able to make up my mind over a long weekend. At no stage was there any hard sell, just sound advice backed up by excellent product knowledge. Strongly recommended.

A big thankyou to Audio T in Oxford and in particular Andrew. Firstly, had a fantastic demo session of some 3k speakers to go with my Naim Uniti Nova not rushed and not pressurised in any way. An even bigger thankyou to Andrew for the home install/set up for the Dynaudio Evoke 30s that I ended up purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent a lot of time experimenting to achieve the optimum position and explained everything to me. I cant sing Audio T and Andrews praises enough, so much so that I will happily travel the hour from Milton Keynes to Headington for any future needs. Looking forward to a demo of some new speaker cables when I have saved some money.
