On the two occasions I have visited, I could not help but note the lack lustre and impolite staff. I cannot believe that a child's basic navy blue skirt is over 30.

I visited this store Saturday 17th Dec 2022, to equip my daughter with an entirely new uniform for her new school. The staff member judged my daughter's size perfectly by eye. She knew the school kit list from memory and could comment on what was essential and which were preference items. She had all the items we needed in stock and didn't seem at all frustrated when I changed my mind on an item. Was it cheap though - no, but the items seem to be of very high quality. I can only imagine that other reviews with negative comments are based on visiting at peak times, when stock items may run low and staff may be inundated with demand. We received excellent service that could not be criticised in any way. A great staff member and great service.
