I think this company has now collapsed as emails are not answered and phone numbers cancelled. Work was to replace a flat roof above a garage, who've they did very poorly, having to come back 2 times to finish off as I wouldn't pay. Holes in the felt at the edges, gaps along the top of flashing and poor sealing at edges and downpipe. 10 year garrntee useless, James took 3 months of constant calls and emails, he was rude, had loads of excuses (he was apparently on holiday twice in 1 month, working in ireland/london etc,) but when I rang pretending to be a new customer he was willing to help straight away. In the end I had to get another, professional roofer to do the work. With more leaks James has changed his number and not answering emails. Cowboys please beware. Google the company they have been involved in fly tipping and other complaints. Very unprofessional; you have been warned!!!!

Came and did the fascia's and gutters to our house last year in the summer, first timed it rained the gutter started leaking. Called and texted them a number of times to get them to repair, made excuses and didn't do anything. Have now got another roofer to have a look, said it is a poor job badly fitted and needs to be taken down and done properly.

Had small garden and tarmac drive all changed to block paving. James and his guys did a great job. Worked hard all day and had a lovely drive at the end of the day. All area left clean and tidy. Thank you

Sorry this work was completed October 2018, due to ill health this is the first time I am able to review. Contracted with JWT who are in partnership with Principle home development. When work started I was hit with extra (Not known at time) cost due to a piece of timber being removed and fascias not in good order. As scaffolding was already on site I was told I would not incur any extra costs. Originally priced at 7,700.00 for the following: New Slate Roof Erect scaffolding for safe access to property Remove slates Remove old batten. Remove old felt. Remove old ridge tiles. Install new breathable felt. Install new treated batten. Install new slates Install new dry verge ridge tiles, requiring no cement Price includes all labour and materials; our price guarantee will beat any like-for-like price. However there was more work than to be unanticipated and to gain value of having the scaffolding already in place I agreed to extra work more fool me, fascia covered and removed from front of house and house repainted (good sales pitch) The work on the roof was done to a very good standard however the extra work was not carried to the same standard, and they had to return several times, in the end I have just accepted I was taken for a ride. Total cost of work was 17,220.00 which I was confronted with and only received an invoice for 10,000.00 for which had extra work of install new fascia boards and down pipes. 7,220.00 cash transfer.
