Without doubt the worst customer service experience I have encountered. The level of service and customer interaction is extremely poor. They were responsible for ruining a works event and refused to even correspond, to both their business whatssap and email.

Avino pulled out all the stops to prepare and deliver (on time!) over 50 different wine tasting kits, every single one to a different address. Marie was more than willing to be flexible to meet our different demands for running a corporate social event. Hannah worked through the order and ensured safe and timely delivery to each participant. I don't know how much work was involved behind the scenes, but the team must have worked overtime to get everything done so well for us. The kits were beautifully packaged and the variety of samples (Mixed - Red & White) were excellent. I cannot wait to work with Avino again for future social events at work, and I'm even turning to them for remote & covid-safe social events with my friends & family. Great company & great business model for any circumstances, but particularly if you want to have fun in a safe way despite the pandemic.
