        I didn't actually purchase a kitchen with Harvey Jones in the end, as I was forced to take a more cost-effective option, but I would still like to leave a review as the whole experience of dealing with them, the customer service, professional advice and options of products was exceptional. As was Stacey, my main contact. Highly recommend based on expereince I had in the design and costing phase.

        We started our kitchen redesign last Christmas (2021). Work began on February 10th 2022. We still haven't had the sign off. Bad communication, wrong products, deliveries to incorrect addresses and one poor quality workman. Despite multiple emails and requests for information and updates communication was and remains poor. I wish we hadn't had the kitchen done. Not everyone was at fault and some things were good, but we still haven't had the sign off, because of problems at Harvey Jones end. It makes me feel unhappy when I read the other reviews as they had a much better experience. Services: Kitchen countertop replacement, Granite countertop repair, Custom cabinet design & installation, Kitchen design
