Response Organisation

Had the worst experience whilst living in a Response house, and theyre still managing to make my mental health worse a year after i moved out. Whilst i lived in the house and was extremely vulnerable i was given hardly any support, rather i had to try to support my housemates, and had to deal with ambulance and police multiple times with no support from staff afterwards, despite complaints. Forward on to almost 2 years later and iv just received some parking fines from when i was living at the house which the staff hadnt bothered to forward on, despite me leaving a forwarding address. Due to me being notified of these so late, they had already gone to the baliffs, so now im having to deal with debt as well as poor mental health thanks to Response. I have asked for them to contact me to discuss this, but havnt heard anything, so have decided to review them publically so this doesnt happen to someone else.

I am a resident at willow house. I have lived here for a month and half, this house is brilliant and newly refurbished. i really recommend this house and the services they provide for women and men.

response has been lifesaving for me. the training that staff were given was visible and i noticed the change in way staff talked to us. staff are calming. regular key works are essential even when i dont want them.

The staff are caring, kind, compassionate and understanding. They support me and care for me and are first class. I am happier now than I have been in years.
