        Needed some A4 thin card and staff were very helpful.

        Went in to print a straightforward document yesterday (A4 colour 10 page doc, 5 copies) . Staff seemed to have no idea idea how to use a printer- printed b&w rather than colour, portrait rather than landscape etc before getting it right and then couldn't use the tills. Didn't get the impression this was their first week so just came across incompetent. Prices are rather extortionate too.
