Bakewell Pools

Really pleased with our pool. There were plenty of choices of colours and finishes and we were advised well when choosing what we wanted. We were helped step by step from the start to the end and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely friendly family run business. The pool is in use every day with no problems. We would definitely recommend them.

Unacceptable customer care. They promise all these things that they will install, that they will change the skimmer if need be, that if we order everything from them they will look after every aspect and then we realise they are just suppliers - they don't even pick up phone to offer advice and we are left with a pool nobody will install, countless boxes with equipment that don't fit our space and no idea how to proceed. It is very hard to find them on the phone, to have things explained and to offer alternatives to who can install a pool. I regret going with them, as I realise how important it is to buy a pool from people that care about installing it right, accommodating the customers needs and space dimensions and communicate sufficiently. All that was verbally promised to me but sadly in this case this company is far from keeping their word.
