I was with this surgery more than 7 years. Fantastic healthcare staffs and doctors - they are professional and very supportive. Very sad to leave this surgery. Highly recommended.

They are OK, maybe a bit overworked like most NHS, so you need patience, which can be challenging when you are in medical need. My first ranking was one star, but it got upgraded to 3 stars because I did manage to speak over the phone with a GP and I got the referral right away. Which means, if you can get hold of the GP, you are more likely to end up with a positive experience.

Although unfortunately I never had a chance to properly use their services. I would class 27 Beaumont Street Medical Practice as the best medical practice I've ever been with. Staff and gp's are super friendly and waiting times are incredibly short. It's a massive shame I had to leave Oxford as I'm a 19 year old still suffering with my health issues and I'm on huge waiting list at my current gp in Blackpool. I would literally travel back to Oxford just to see my old gp there.

Stay away. 1) They have cancelled life-depending medication without notifying me. When asked why, they claimed another blood test was due, the results of which I had sent to them a month before, but my email was accidentally 'overlooked'. 2) During the pandemic they were unable to schedule an important appointment by email and I did not have a UK phone number yet, so they refused to get in touch with me via phone. Since it was the pandemic, I could not drop by in person to make the appointment either, resulting in me having to fly to my home country to take a simple blood test - during a pandemic. 3) They refuse to have a routine blood test done for the sole reason that the specialist I am seeing to interpret these results is in another country. 4) Communication is horrendous as they are unreachable by phone, rarely respond to emails and send important information by text message as if this were Uber Eats. If your health or your time is valuable to you: stay away..
