        black ink ran out, was going to buy a new one for 17.99, remembered this company and called them. Was advised procedure can take 15-20 mins and was 8 for a black ink refill and 10 for colour. Superb service, took 20 mins, went and had a walk round the retail park then came back and it was ready as new, advice given, took home and work as before. Definitely will use again when it runs out of ink.
