Freds Discount Store

Really not a kind or friendly service at all. I came here to buy something today and the man behind the counter somewhat rude and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time I was there. Many years ago, the shop was owned by different people and they were a lot nicer.

If you need something for the house/DIY they more than likely have it but doesn't seem to have a set lay out,it's just random stuff everywhere Young guy behind the counter is a character some would say unprofessional

I dont even want to give a star for this unprofessional and bad service shop. The stuff is not cheap at all, also the quality is bad which seems to me a cheating. The seller was totally rude, helpless and unfriendly, I was treated with disgrace. The man is a racist.

The seller of this shop shouldn't be in the front desk and in direct contact with customers. He is quite abnormal and seemed to me mentally unstable. Not an asset to Cowley Road. Once an old lady run the shop and it was a focal point. Now in hands of a dangerous clown!

Dont know why someone is saying their key cutting doesnt work. Ive had dozens of keys cut here, they all worked perfectly and less than a quarter of the price of Timpsons. Great shop and nice to see one of the last remaining local family businesses left on Cowley Road.
