Generally excellent, honest and trustworthy garage. Ive been taking my cars to WP Automotive exclusively for a number of years now and will not go anywhere else, despite my relocating to south London; well worth the 90 minute drive to drop the car at WP for the peace of mind that a) the diagnostic process is thorough and methodical (i.e. never jumping to conclusions and spending money replacing things that turn out not to be the cause of the problem, as seems to happen all too often elsewhere) and b) that all work will be carried out to the highest possible standard and with great care and attention to detail. Couldnt ask for better. Will replaced the timing chain on my Audi A5. Did a brilliant job, when an Audi main dealer had told me they couldn't even do the work. Will was great at keeping me up-to-date on progress and costs, what he quoted me included VAT so no surprise at the end. Will be using him for my regular servicing from now on.
